Agree with you. Also, if you look at the slide deck that shows the estimated refinancing in second half of calendar 2023, aren’t they going to have an equally large divvy to distribute next reporting even if defaults revert to the mean? It looks like you could buy Monday and sit and hold and HLI will still need to vomit cash until end 2024 to get anywhere near 1.4-1.6 range.
