Yeh, CEO search is dragging on way to long. Two companies I follow, SMN and IPD have recently had new CEOs installed after a long period of stagnant leadership and its a whole new world at both companies now. Hasn't been reflected in the share price as yet but I'm sure that will follow. Not saying Judith is doing a terrible job but we need fresh blood, a sale orientated out look and aggressive management of cost. These are things new management would bring.
