If directors and management of any public company align themselves with shareholders instead of taking the "easy" money grab then the culture within an organisation becomes one of the rewards for performance.
IMO the days of treating publicly listed companies as a gravy train/lifestyle feed are gone.
This company is now cottoning onto this fact and there is a culture shift.
Good on them.
