He's delivering downgrade upon downgrade and excuse after excuse. Now it's inflation. All the while metals have been priced well above guidance especially from the prices a year ago. How can things be so far out with gold production when it was only downgraded at the time of the previous quarterly released towards the end of April? I did warn on his appointment that spending would be a problem. Vote no to any form of bonus or incentive.
