Would it not be awesome to have a mechanism/tool that detects this sort of stuff as part of an EX (Employee Experience) package/license? I would find that a lot more effective/useful than pulse surveys etc.... As I said in the other thread, I really like this newish EX direction of LVT. May the returns be plentiful...
