Look at the trade values, and read through the lines. All small fry orders from workaday types. There isn't big money moving through it, and high level conspiracy style trading should always be at the bottom of your list of reasons.
Personally I am almost sure it's just triggered amateurs selling out or day trading the stock. As long as the company doesn't burn down this is a perfect buy OPP for me.
