My main concern is around how they turn revenue into future profitability. It seems like deployment and client servicing are time and manpower intensive on an ongoing basis.
1) There is a long and likely costly per client deployment period (manpower/time intensive) 2) Non-active servicing looks like it results in client loss.
It doesn’t seem like they can scale it so expenses materially drop with client acquisition to create profitability.
