From the wordings LVT is not eligible for refundable tax offset as its turnover is more than $20m. However, can enjoy 38.5% non refundable tax offset if they have more than 20m turnover, which means you need to pay tax to get this incentive there is benefit if you are paying corporate tax (Profitable Company). Sadly LVT did not make any profits in previous years. I dont know that are these offsets are claimable when company made a profit in future years. I dont think they are carried forward.
