exactly......it seems they only present numbers that flatters their performance and try to understate poor performance

I suspect that they are losing clients for the core product, but the uptake of Reach has saved them to some extent.....the positive is that they are not burning tonnes of cash in the interim, but no growth in ARR (and even just 13% since last year) is a pretty poor metric for what is supposed to be a fast growing company
