Is it possible the mob that stumped up cash for the 'expansion' are manipulating this with Karl to buy it outright cheap? It sounds implausible with implications like insider trading etc but nothing about LVT makes any sense anymore. In the current circumstances a low ball buy out offer would probably see many capitulate just to get the heck out.
