$200k difference is hardly here or there in the grand scheme of things. If your point is that he is being overpaid - well he's just not, statistically speaking. The AFR states that the median ASX listed CEO income was $1.7M. He earns half that of the median CEO in an ASX listed company.

Say he were earning $200k less p.a, what could the company do with that money? Hire another software developer or two? Not exactly life-changing stuff.It is what it is, changing management isn't going to do any good at this point in time (irrespective of your opinion of Karl). Hiring another CEO is an unknown, could be good, disastrous or have no material change. Is uncertainty really what SH's want?
