Don't get sucked into the market cap vs revenue comparison. It's irrelevant if the company is not growing quickly. One example is ASB. Revenue is or has been greater than the MC and it's profitable. No way does LVT deserve a SAAS multiple, because it's not growing at over 30% a year. Market Cap could easily halve from here or worse. 1 negative quarter is all it will take. This is an incredibly risky investment. In my opinion, the only hope is a takeover. Takeover will only happen the day after I sell my shares. I wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole if I was building a portfolio now. If I was going to invest, I'd sit on the sidelines until a turnaround was well and truly confirmed.
