being old and grumpy , this gave me deja vu from 22 years ago , during the original dotcom tech boom,

there was a listed ASX tech company, cant remember the name, but something like technology one ,
the American CEO of this company at the time , bought an accounting business in Texas , a really good fit for a Aust tech stock of course,

When the CEO steals $1 million from the company , time to take off the watch list

hes bought 20% , has 80% to go, only another $4 million needed
