Hi ValueSearch, great posts thank you. Do you mind elaborating on your comment that LVT is worth more dead than alive. Surely if it goes into administration (far from impossible with the moronic double act currently in charge) then whoever buys it from the administrators won’t pay any more than the debts owed by LVT, leaving nothing for shareholders. That’s just how it goes almost without exception. Administrators only represent debt holders after all, they have no responsibility to act in shareholders’ best interests - very similar to Karl and Peter really!!!
