There's no guarantees LVT will benefit, but the US Department of Defence are investing heavily in cloud computing over the next 10 years. They'll be looking to modernise their exisiting fragmented infrastructure and technologies, which will likely include upgrading and implementing new cloud based software solutions.
They're just like any other company and could have the need for better secure corporate communications and employee engagement tools. Especially since a large proportion of their employees would be deployed defence personal -- effectively millions of deskless/frontline workers across the military and national guard.
While LVT may not win any direct contracts, it's possible they could be brought in by Microsoft to help expand on some of their solutions and implementations -- as was the case with UnitedHealth and Novartis.
