Personally I do not believe this is the time to average down until a more tangible news such as conversion figure, total value of sales and number of SLA in the market. No, no more investment until LVT shows me the results. Prefer to buy late than feeling sorry. Without those solid figures, how many times you can average down and how long will you allow LVT to lock in your finance.
Should always look into the opportunity cost. Down-rampers may give me a kick in the gut but they keep me thinking and alert.
