and it looks like a lot of those clients didnt return to full billing. Which could have affected the ARR for qtr. Question is why didnt they return? The fact they needed relief would suggest they where not financially strong which could be why they left.
ARR Net $ Retention for the trailing
12month period was 86% at 31 December, a drop from 30 June 2021, contributing factors included
customers and partners provided with COVID billing relief, as disclosed in FY2021 accounts, not
returning to active billing.
