Maybe. As a treasurer of a company I wouldn't increase large material costs in 1 quarter and put pressure to the cashflows. Willis trading orders should be planned for the year. The Abbott recall/issue was going back in Feb this year.
The only concern for me if the chinese government intervenes given we are now dealing with the US.
