The valuation at $50m and cash flow neutral over past six months simply defies all basic and complex MC valuation principles. A decent quarterly, small profit or small loss still undervalues this for a take over by 30-40% minimum.
It’s tax sellers who will either miss the jump or just pay big tax gains on the re-entry.
