@Sul My guess is as good as yours, though I do know
* Q4 - is usually one of the best Qs for LVT
* Q1 2023 - is the weakest due to northern summer.
* FX - is running at +1.37m as of today
* Churn - in last Q was almost negligible (annual trailing churn of 8% in last Q was mostly due to churn in earler quarters)
Against that, LVT still hasn't replaced the U.S. head of sales and only recently appointed an EMEA general manager, so I wouldn't be surprised that the recent weakness in these regions continued.
Overall new ARR of +4m in Q4 would be a good result, hoping for more. Q1 2023 , more like +2-2.5m
