they need to show proof in ARR growth before I invest another $1.
all this talk of hiring more employees, LinkedIn profile updates of events etc are all very nice fluff that I've seen time and time again.
and if you tell me "well if you wait for ARR growth you'll be too late...smart money blah blah blah..." based on history, I'm fine being a little late
