For us non cooked types, this is as risky a play as it comes. Not worth huge sums of cash.
Dont listen to the prohard LVT supporters, their judgment is completely biased, because they need it to be. Some of these types have invested hundreds of thousands and continue to do so rather than invest in something else. Facts are facts, trajectory is downward, growth totally stopped. No future catalyst of this scale will come again, if they can’t make a wfh experience during a wfh crisis profitable then they have no chance now, especially with job vacancies world wide higher then ever.
LVT is a solid dud.
