A nice put down that post, we all have an adequate understanding of the community model, despite your uninformed assessment, some very detailed and useful posts. Mmm 5.5 % (current) dividend for a 12 month risk to capital and inflation moving to 7% and possible beyond, apparently you may not appreciate the downside of that over time? However do agree that take over by one of the majors is unlikely (ANZ and SUN?), not for the reason stated but it is high risk and the community model is dated and dubious in today's banking environment?
