Appreciate your thoughts, they are pretty much break even now so I dont think they will need to raise and they have made similar comments.
Costs were a worry but the new acquisition will take time to bed in and if they are concentrating on outflows that's not a bad thing.
Growth was good, especially in the 2nd half and organic and revenue also looked good.
If they can maintain 35% growth based on existing outgoing then that makes for a pretty strong balance sheet.
6.3 M of operating expenses sounded like one off expansion costs which will be rained in in the future.
They have 6M in the bank with only a 700K draw on that from the previous report so they are expanding but not burning cash.
After a second reading I'm even more positive.
