My take is:
TOT are in tax credit.
Franking credits to share holders for the next 5 years.
Distributions to be maintained at more or less 6c plus franking credits for the next 5 years.
This will be attractive to today's closing SP of 83c. This equates to ~10% per share.
TOT are swinging back to a REIT style company.
The 3 properties recently purchase appear to have a fair sort of ROI.
