1. annual divi of 3.1c makes SP valued at $1 if one is happy with 3.1% return....or appox .60c of 5% return is considered good.
2. another way is say there is no future growth and the company is able to sustain current level of business and earns $51m and pays out 50% in divis ie $25.5m then at a 5% rate of return SP should be around $1 as well........
No MOJO here so no point doing a intrinsic value valuation....IMO....DYOR
