No it isn't it's about the intrinsic value of DDB.
If I am not mistaken welldrill did had two rigs on hire from vys.
if so ...Now DDB have to pay for those two new replacement rigs ordered to make up numbers if you read ddbs paperwork to be delivered soon..Maybe that is why the business was up for sale after COVID and a drop in available cashflow ..who knows?.
Sometimes 1+1does not equal 2 but 1.5.
my money is on VYS .
Others think DDB is on the up having got a bargain...so be it.
