Money 3 has relatively lower levels of debt compared to many other fintechs. This will help reduce the levels of financial pressure from the lenders.
Some of the other listed finance companies are holding high debt to asset levels. Some of these companies will struggle. Any failures will influence the value multiples for the finance sector.
I am expecting the levels of growth to decline in FY23 and the bad debts provisions to being to increase.
