Looks like direct division was a big miss on last year's guidance, and there's quite a bit of margin squeeze in the business currently. Guidance has been clouded vs last year however better clarity on future dividend program. Perhaps less acquisition targets on offer. Challenging environment to pass on costs if markets tank further from here.
