Company in bad shape from many angles and with bad allegations. Small company with net debt of probably 6 mln at the point of launching a new product. It’s fully reliant on getting the full receivables to probably get back 15mln. If they can’t get the receivables in time, cap raising is definitely required to sustain its working capital and for it to be an ongoing concern. I lost tiny money twice in this already. Not sure if I will get third time lucky. But not even wanting to try for now.
