I think this was much better than we all expected and that's being reflected in the market reaction today. The biggest surprise for me was how well Europe performed and how bullish they seem to be on the Netherlands market. Although I did notice in the outlook they highlighted that inflation was going to hit Europe harder than Australia going forward.
