The punters are a little underwhelmed with this.
Revaluations are nice but, at the end of the day, an asset is worth the income that it can bring or is expected to bring. Something like that.
This should do better once it gets some leverage into the financials- the completed projects etc.
REIT is down slightly today. US markets changed their minds last night about the inflation macro.
