According to my sources (not confirmed yet) the share price may peak from $40 to $60 but cannot say for sure it will happen this year may be next year or so.
Hit two birds from one stone this is always the secret/mantra of Adani.
1. Dismantle carefully all the Decommissioned assets of all the coal plants in australia & reinstall/restore all the dismantled coal plants in India.
2. using the AGL Technology Wind & Solar to transfer back to India.
Establish & transmission of renewable electricity from the worlds largest solar/wind energy infrastructure network to make it possible to power the whole cities with renewable energy possibly from Perth to Chennai or to any other close cities (6276 kms transmission lines to be laid)
Adani has a track record of achieving things not only in Australia ( Adani mining/coal plant) but else where in the world.
Only question is if he buys 100% of the company what will be AGL Share price.
If Adani make a merger of his company with AGL similar to Vodaphone/TPG what will be the value of market cap of the merged companies.
AGL market cap approx 5 Billion + Adani company market cap approx is 4 Trillion.
