Don't know why they are so focused on growing their database and website traffic when it seems to result in lower sales and lower conversions. Think they're just getting lots of bot traffic? Their advertising is also extremely high for the results they're getting. They seem to have been way better off when they were just doing digital and actually delivering a strong ROAS. Looking at their CAC, they essentially have a less than 1.0x ROAS and without returning customers this company is a bust.
Will continue to watch, but unless they improve they're just going to slowly die. Looks like a case of too much capital resulting in poor discipline
