Although going Direct to Consumer to cut out wholesalers etc CAC is the killer. Google and FB continue to change the way their platforms operate to control the channel and connection to consumers. This means you have to continue to spend $$$ and this puts downward pressure on your margins.
I don’t think this brand will go bust but I do believe it’s best days are behind
