That was the last stock giveaway as stated in the report it's just a tangible cost of the shares issued.
They need to account for it but was not cash flow coming out of the business.
That's why the cash balance is $87mil and they can afford the buy back.
We should go up today as the business is
basically now cash flow positive and self funded.
