Its funny how some think a CR is a bad thing and it is short term as mostly at a discount, however long term will help the company to move forward a lot faster.
David is a highly motivated person and doubt he would be concerned re a dip in the share price to get the company moving forward faster. I do not understand why you would not see the need for a CR still not CFP (stella results though) I think they had 6m cash in hand last qrter or whatever the ann was, but it will take a lot more than that to build products and move forward which is why they bought the Swammi on board to build.
