Invisible management who treat their shareholders like mushrooms. Despite management constantly bragging that the "sales pipeline is strong" in every report they release the fact is that they have only signed one significant contract (Aware Super) in the last 4 years. Botched takeover of GBST. Still using COVID as an excuse for all of their woes although most other major companies have moved on well beyond their pre-COVID levels. Yeah, I have no idea why this company is going backwards.
