I know you were burned by BVS as well so I see where you’re coming from, but even from a logical POV I still struggle to justify this price. They have renewed multiple major contracts for 7+ years as well as signing aware over in the last four years. Super funds swapping tech and platform overhauls aren’t going to be common procedures especially since covid and reduced appetite from large financial corporations.
BVS has still seen revenue increase but margins eroding mainly due to IT wage inflation. I’m not sure how much I believe in their cross selling to current clients approach.
I’m still left scratching my head, but yeah sadly I don’t have any hope left at all - quite sad really.
