Just watched the webinar. Martin said no need for capital raise. Operating cash flow has increased from $2.3M to $3.9M and closing cash from 3.6m to 5.3M. At first i was a little disappointed considering the $2M loss, however, the elephant in the room was the $8.4M loan forgiveness last year which i hadn't accounted for and skewed my expectations. The underlying business seems to be doing well and growing strongly. I just hope we can fly under the radar and not be taken out by a larger business which is what happened to my other (somewhat similar) business, Pay Group.
