i think they failed to invest substantially in R&D during the years leading up to IPO... its been mentioned previously. Instead the management at the time were twiddling their own thumbs...going into an IPO... knowing full well that this was the state of the business.
ASIC needs to finalise their investigation into this.. they've had nearly 12 months... bi ridiculous if it takes longer IMO.
