if I was a competitor and feeling bullish, I would be thinking hard for a takeover. But, what is the actual value of the company compared to what they think it is worth and whatever magic they use to calculate the value of the IP etc? Given the track record on (lack of adequate/ meaningful) due diligence for acquisitions it is a curiosity. If you look at the books it is not so pretty right now. And noting I firmly believe PwC resigned due to something being off….
Ah well. Let’s see what , if anything, they have achieved other than the chump change contract announcement. Not many folate to go now, let the excitement build. Let’s hope they carefully proof read it and have genuine substance
