I wouldn't say this was entirely expected (at least for me it wasn't). The revenue side looked ok, but I underestimated the increase in operating costs resulting from covid. Seemingly most investors would have had the earnings loss from NSW and VIC lockdowns in their models. The situation in Southern France was also a nasty little negative I hadn't expected.
