Yes, they said 1c was the minimum and that would likely be by way of dividend. If there are asset disposals there may be a separate capital return. Definitely good buying at these levels. Eventually the dividends will grow substantially, although I expect some capital to be deployed to new business (organic and/or acquisition). I expect any future acquisitions will be purely complementary ecommerce plays in a similar vein to the hamper business.
