Management have previously stated it takes 3 months for a new sales appointee to cover their operational costs.
Thus, you would expect by June this year these two new appointees will be adding to PPL's OS revenue growth.
I am also expecting within this timeframe the trial with the potential new client in America to have concluded successfully and the client onboarded further enhancing PPL's revenue in the back half of calendar 2024.
The two rival companies the new appointees come from are worth comparing with PPL;

Within the next 12 months it would also be nice if Linda Jenkinson's business experience in America proves its value guiding PPL to further success in this market. She now has 15M SB reasons to do so....
While management continue to mention they remain open to potential M&A opportunities, I question the need for this course of action (over say the next 24 mths) when for little cost and integration issues, the employment of new sales staff affectively grows the business organically with less commercial risks and capital outlay. I would rather the company further build its BS over the next few years before stretching capital and human resources making acquisitions.
