it’s easy to shift some profit from one FY to the next. If the offer wasn’t on the table, I am pretty convinced they would have shown a small positive NPAT.

Anyway water under the bridge. I have made a lot of money out of this so happy to move on. It just annoys me to see yet another Aus IT company getting taken over before it gets anywhere near its potential.

Management not acted in the best interests of the shareholders, period. Should be some blow back here, even if the yes vote gets up. Must be called to account for their actions. TNT has been financially shredded along with shareholder value. Bunch of shysters, nothing less.
