David dealt with this on the earnings call essentially stated the cash is being kept for strategic bon-organic growth opportunities. TBH I have heard this line many, many times.
The growth figures in the market are impressive but i now dont really see this going anywhere in the next 12 months now without doing something with that cash.
There do appear to.be a lot of tailwinds in the pipeline but it appears to me that the hat is being humg on the hope that the birt rate increases.
