what strikes me however is the difference in tone since the last quarterly which was not that long ago and was very curt.

and not just tone but content. oems seem to be back in the picture after not being a going focus in the quarterly.

have things materially changed over the last period or have bct finally realised the value of rhetoric?

either way, at this rate we likelu to get a speeding ticket. bct will then be forced to not all these positive words again in a response ..... which i imagine cant be a bad thing for the SP!
