I'm envious! After participating in the SPP at 15c several years ago, and slowly averaging down over time, I'm needing this to triple for a glimpse of that sweet green.
Re; query I have no idea, but I wouldn't be surprised at bot activity. With the level of sophistication and opportunity these days, I think you have to take it as a given that bots manipulate the SP in some sort of algorithm designed to skim profit wherever they can.
It's unnerving that the brain is being usurped by sophisticated tech.
