Well the fact Management are not buying up shares while their stock is literally 0.2c and paying themselves $350k each with $10m in debt is beyond a red flag. Could they sell to a buyer that would want to take on the pipeline? A clause could be that Joe would have to stay on for 2-3 years to make sure the projects are delivered. I don't see any other option, there isn't even enough liquidity in the market to even do anything. It's either they sell the business or go into administration by December.
